Founded in 2006 by Raúl Penaherrera, Penaherrera Enterprise began with a clear vision: to be a bridge to success for Latino communities in the United States.
What started with a single accounting firm has grown into a dynamic corporation with a presence in multiple sectors—including accounting, construction, gastronomy, and logistics.

Meet Our Founder
Raúl Penaherrera is a Peruvian-American entrepreneur whose journey from Callao, Peru, to the heart of North Carolina embodies perseverance and vision. After arriving in the U.S. in 1995, Raúl gained early experience working in renowned Miami establishments like Gloria Estefan's restaurants and hotels.
Now, as the founder and director of Penaherrera Enterprises, he leads a multi-sector corporation encompassing restaurants, construction, accounting, and logistics. His commitment extends beyond business—he has trained over 200 tax professionals and actively supports humanitarian and educational initiatives.
